Day 11- 14th March (KTV!!)
It was just another typical Sunday for my roommates and i. But the time passed really fast like zooooom! Woke up early to complete my blog posts that are undone. What a thing to do on an early Sunday morning huh! So after that we prepared and set out to meet the local students and went to KTV at Shopping Mall. The KTV here is huge and grand! It is much more classy that Singapore’s Kbox :/
A mini supermart for customers to buy drinks and food!

So we booked a room for 10. When we were brought to the room, the local student complained it was too small. On the other hand, we thought that it was enough and even felt it’s quite big! There’s an area for individual singing, a bar table for about 4, and sofa seats for about 7, 8? Don’t you think it’s big?!

Time passed really fast when we were singing. We reached at about 1430 and we sang till 1900 without knowing! We danced, sang and played like there’s not tomorrow. We spent so much time there, but the total bill is only 200plus RMB for 10 people. This equates to 20 RMB = which is only S$4 each. Spell Cheap! Everyone started to feel hungry and so we decided to try out the Kfc here! The entire restaurant was almost filled and we could hardly get a seat for 13. Intended to pack food back to the hostel but fortunately we managed to get seats ;)
Know what! All the fast foods here do not have chilli sauce. They normally dip it in tomato sauce only. We just can't get used to it :(

The Kfc here isn’t that fascinating after all. I still prefer Singapore’s chicken! :x After dinner, we took a cab back and played some games in the hostel before I start typing this post.

Reflection
I think that the habit of people in Wuhan is to turn in early and get up early. When I was up at 9 and I look at the streets, it seemed as if they have had a long day already because it was so busy on the road! The Chinese citizens are rather aggressive and stubborn as well. If they are out to get something, they will be very persistent and go all out to get it. As I mentioned that the local student complained about the small room, they kept bargaining and insisted the crew to give us a bigger room! After much persuasion from us, they decided to let it go and make do with the room. There are many songs we know in common and it is just so pleasant to have such an afternoon spent with them :)
